Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Pale purple with a slight ombré effect
• Aroma: Ginger and botanicals
• Taste: Spicy and sweet taste made up of noticeable florals and juniper with a hint of lime
• Finish: More spicy ginger and obvious lavender
Kendall’s Take: “I was going to make this spring-inspired variation last year after creating both a Christmas and winter version too, but I forgot to stick it on my calendar before the summer. It’s been in the back of my mind since then, and I’m glad I finally got to find out if it’s just as good with floral notes instead of fruit and herbs. Although a bit drier and not quite as complex as the others since they used compound syrups, I still really loved the Spring Gin Mule. It’s sweet and floral and has a delicious ginger bite. Plus, its lovely purple hue is sure to wow your friends!”
