The Coruscant Cooler is a Star Wars cocktail that was created at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, an attraction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Florida and Anaheim, California.
Served at Ronto Roasters at Black Spire Outpost inside the park, the recipe—inspired by Coruscant, the bustling capital planet of the Star Wars universe—features a base of spiced whiskey that provides warmth and complexity and is balanced by tart cranberry juice and fresh lime for brightness. Sweet vermouth and cherry flavors then round out the profile to add more depth and sweetness, resulting in a refreshing and approachable beverage that’s ideal while immersed in the galaxy far, far away.

Ingredients
Method
Add bourbon, cranberry juice, lime juice, sweet vermouth, and maraschino liqueur to a shaker.
Fill shaker with cubed ice.
Shake for 10-20 seconds.
Add fresh cracked ice to a lowball glass.
Using a Hawthorne strainer, strain into lowball glass.
Garnish with lime slice and brandied cherry.
