Cocktail Ingredients
To make this cocktail, you’ll need the following ingredients:
London Dry Gin: This is a type of gin made with juniper berries, botanicals, and alcohol that has been infused with flavor through redistillation without artificial ingredients or colors. I used Broker’s Premium London Dry Gin.
Apple Cider: This is a beverage made with freshly pressed apple juice and baking spices. I used The Glass Orchard Apple Cider.
Pumpkin Purée: This is cooked pumpkin that has been blended into a smooth pulp. I used Farmer’s Market Foods Organic Pumpkin Purée.
Honey Syrup: This is a sweetener made with honey and water. I made ours at home using Alex’s stovetop recipe.
Lemon Juice: This is the liquid juice of a lemon. I used freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Pumpkin Pie Spice: This is a spice blend made with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. I used Simply Organic Pumpkin Pie Spice.
Cinnamon Stick: This is a dried spice that has been rolled into a stick. I used Simply Organic Cinnamon Sticks.

To make this cocktail, you’ll need the following bar tools:
Jigger: This is used to measure and pour ingredients. I used the Japanese jigger from the A Bar Above 14-Piece Silver Bar Set.
Paring Knife: This is used to cut citrus into slices or wheels. I used the OXO Good Grips 3.5 Inch Paring Knife.
Juicer: This is used to juice citrus. I used the ALEEHAI Manual Fruit Juicer.
Spoon: This is used to scoop the ingredients. I used the OXO Good Grips Silicone Spoon.
Blender: This is used to blend up ingredients. I used the Cuisinart SPB-7CH SmartPowder Electronic Bar Blender.

Kendall’s Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Kendall’s Take: “I’ll be honest… I didn’t end up getting to drink much of this cocktail the day of the tasting because I wasn’t feeling well, but the few sips I had were absolutely delightful. The Spiced Pumpkin Punch is a surefire crowd-pleaser for fall parties because it’s so well-balanced and hides the taste of gin so well that your guests won’t even know that’s the base. And it’s really simple to make, too! Definitely worth adding to a menu sometime.”
