To make this cocktail, you’ll need the following ingredients:

Ingredients

Method

  1. Thinly slice apple, pear, and orange and add slices to a pitcher.

  2. Add cranberries to pitcher, then using a muddler, gently muddle cranberries for 3-5 seconds and mix with other fruit.

  3. Add sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and red wine to pitcher.

  4. Using a large spoon, stir the cocktail for 20-30 seconds.

  5. Refrigerate the cocktail for 2-3 hours.

  6. Fill a stemless wine glass with cracked ice.

  7. Add 1 ¼ oz apple cider and 1 oz apple brandy to wine glass.

  8. Pour cocktail over top.

  9. Using a bar spoon, gently stir for 3-5 seconds.

  10. Garnish with cinnamon stick and rosemary sprig.
