Cocktail History

The British 75 is a modern cocktail that was created by Highclare Castle Gin. It's a simple variation of the classic French 75 that uses sparkling wine, sugar, lemon, and their London Dry Gin, an award-winning spirit they produce in one of the oldest copper gin stills from the 1800s at England’s oldest gin distillery.

Kendall’s Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

Kendall’s Take: "I won a bottle of Highclere Castle Gin in a contest and, of course, had to whip up this variation of a French 75 they included in their bartender guide since a great spirit is really is what makes this template special. The British 75 is delicious and a great way to spotlight the gin's flavors."
