Inspired by the iconic Last Word, the Under the Volcano swaps in tequila and Cynar, creating a rich blend of herbal, citrus, and earthy flavors with a subtle touch of sweetness.

Ingredients
  • 2 fl oz Tequila Añejo
  • 0.75 fl oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 fl oz Cynar
  • 0.25 fl oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 0.25 fl oz Agave Syrup

    Add tequila, lime juice, Cynar, Yellow Chartreuse, and agave syrup to a shaker.
