The Strawberry Pisco Sour is a spring cocktail that was created by Naren Young at Dante in New York City, New York. It uses the classic Pisco Sour‘s template of pisco, a sweetener, citrus, and egg white, but this seasonal version swaps out lemon for lime juice and adds a tart strawberry syrup and light rose water, both of which complement the brandy-style spirit well.
Add pisco, strawberry syrup, lime juice, egg white, rose water, and cubed ice to a blender.
Blend for 10-15 seconds until smooth.
Pour into a lowball glass.
Garnish with strawberry.
