The Jedi Mind Trick is a Star Wars cocktail that was created at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, an attraction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Florida and Anaheim, California. This copycat recipe, based on the ingredients listed on the menu at Oga’s Cantina, pairs a citrus and floral-flavored vodka from Ketel One with an interesting combination of white grape juice, tart grapefruit and lime, velvet falernum, and of course, colored curaçao to turn the recipe a bright, lightsaber-inspired hue.
Add vodka, grape juice, velvet falernum, lime juice, blue curaçao, and bitters to a shaker.
Fill shaker with cubed ice.
Shake for 10-20 seconds.
Add fresh cracked ice to a cosmopolitan glass.
Using a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer, strain into cosmopolitan glass.
