The Yub Nub is a Star Wars cocktail from Galaxy’s Edge, created in homage to the Battle of Endor and the Ewoks from Return of the Jedi. Using a tiki template, it blends spiced rum with passion fruit, pineapple, lime, and aromatic bitters for a tropical, flavorful tribute.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 fl oz Spiced Rum
  • 1 fl oz Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 0.75 fl oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 fl oz Pineapple Rum
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 TBSP Passion Fruit Seeds

    Add spiced rum, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, pineapple rum, and bitters to a shaker.
