Add gin, lime juice, cranberry syrup, and raspberry liqueur to a shaker.
Fill shaker with cubed ice.
Shake for 10-20 seconds.
Fill a highball glass with fresh cubed ice.
Using a Hawthorne strainer, strain into highball glass.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with cranberries and rosemary sprig.
