The Vampire Bite first appeared in 2018 as a spiked black cherry lemonade. However, this version gives it a darker twist, swapping vodka for cherry brandy and aquavit and finishing it off with sparkling sangria for a hauntingly bold Halloween sipper.

Ingredients
  • 4 fl oz Sangria Soda
  • 4 fl oz Sparkling Lemonade
  • 1 fl oz Cherry Brandy
  • 1 fl oz Aquavit
  • 0.25 fl oz Simple Syrup (Click for Recipe)
  • 3 drops Red Food Coloring
Method

    Fill a beaker or lowball glass with cubed ice.

    Add cherry brandy, aquavit, simple syrup, and red food coloring to beaker or lowball glass.

    Top with sangria soda and sparkling lemonade.

    Using a bar spoon, stir for 3-5 seconds.

    (Optional) Garnish with vampire teeth.
