The Tequila Honeysuckle is a spring cocktail that was created at The Ranstead Room in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It's similar to the Bee's Knees in makeup, but it calls for tequila instead of gin, swaps out the lemon juice for tangy lime, and sweetens them both with honey syrup.
Add tequila, honey syrup, and lime juice to a shaker.
Fill shaker with cubed ice.
Shake for 10-20 seconds.
Using a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer, strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with lime slice.
