The Santa Baby is a Christmas cocktail that was created by food writer and author Jessica Strand and was first published in her book Very Merry Cocktails: 50+ Festive Drinks for the Holiday Season. The original recipe called for just two ingredients—sparkling white wine and cranberry liqueur. But by a happy accident, this version was made with sparkling rosé, which mixes with the bitter berry flavor even more pleasantly.
Add cranberry liqueur to a coupe glass.
Top with sparkling rosé.
Garnish with cranberries.
