A bridge between the Americano and a Collins, the Rome With a View softens Campari's signature bitterness with citrus, dry vermouth, and sparkling soda for a refreshing, easy-drinking apéritif.

Ingredients
  • 3 fl oz Soda Water
  • 1 fl oz Campari
  • 1 fl oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 fl oz Lime Juice
  • 0.75 fl oz Simple Syrup (Click for Recipe)
  • 1 Orange Slice
Method

    Add Campari, dry vermouth, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker.

    Fill shaker with cubed ice.

    Shake for 10-20 seconds.

    Add fresh cracked ice to a highball glass.

    Using a Hawthorne strainer, strain into highball glass.

    Top with soda water.

    Garnish with orange slice.
