Created as an autumn spin on the already popular Christmas, Winter, and Spring Gin Mules, the Pumpkin Pie Mule calls for a decadent pumpkin and baking spice syrup, infusing the classic combination of vodka, citrus, and ginger with cozy fall flavors.

Ingredients
  • 4 fl oz Ginger Beer
  • 2 fl oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 fl oz Pumpkin Spice Syrup (Click for Recipe)
  • 0.25 fl oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

    Add vodka, pumpkin spice syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker.

    Fill shaker with cubed ice.

    Shake for 10-20 seconds.

    Add fresh crushed ice to a lowball glass.

    Using a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer, strain into lowball glass.
