Description

The Perfect Pear is a modern cocktail created in 2019 by Mony Bunni in Chicago. It blends spiced pear liqueur with smoky mezcal, bright citrus, and a spiced Demerara syrup for a sweet-and-smoky sipper perfect any season.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 fl oz Mezcal
  • 0.75 fl oz Pear Liqueur
  • 0.75 fl oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 fl oz Spiced Demerara Syrup
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 Star Anise
Method

    Add mezcal, pear liqueur, lemon juice, spiced Demerara syrup, and bitters to a shaker.
