Description

The Partridge in a Pear Tree is a Christmas cocktail that was created by food writer and author Jessica Strand and was first published in her book Very Merry Cocktails: 50+ Festive Drinks for the Holiday Season. It's a simple variation of the classic French 75 template that calls for a unique pear eau de vie in place of the gin and mixes it with homemade pine syrup, woodsy bitters, and refreshing bubbly.

Ingredients
  • 4 fl oz Sparkling Wine
  • 1 fl oz Pear Eau De Vie
  • 0.25 fl oz Pine Syrup (Click for Recipe)
  • 1 dashes Spruce & Birch Bitters
  • 1 Pear Wedge

    Add pear eau de vie, pine syrup, and bitters to a coupe glass.
