It's a simple variation of the classic French 75 template that calls for a unique pear eau de vie in place of the gin and mixes it with homemade pine syrup, woodsy bitters, and refreshing bubbly.
Add pear eau de vie, pine syrup, and bitters to a coupe glass.
Using a bar spoon, gently stir for 3-5 seconds.
Top with sparkling wine.
