The Park Avenue is a bubbly cocktail that was created by bar manager and author Nick Mautone and was first published in his book The Artisanal Kitchen: Holiday Cocktails. It’s made by mixing sparkling wine with spiced Cognac, citrus, and a unique homemade red wine syrup.
Add brandy, orange curaçao, and red wine syrup to a champagne glass.
Using a bar spoon, gently stir for 3-5 seconds.
Top with sparkling wine.
