The Jack Frost is a festive Christmas cocktail inspired by the tropical Piña Colada. It adds a seasonal twist by blending pineapple juice, white rum, and coconut with blue curaçao, creating a smooth, icy-blue drink that looks as wintry as it tastes refreshing.

Pour coconut flakes onto a plate, dip the outer rim of a lowball glass in simple syrup, and roll the rim of the glass in coconut flakes until coated.
Add pineapple juice, rum, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, and cubed ice to a blender.
Blend the cocktail for 10-15 seconds, or until it's your desired texture.
Pour the cocktail into the coconut-rimmed lowball glass.
