The Gun Metal Blue balances smoky mezcal with peach brandy, fresh lime, warming cinnamon, and herbal gentian, while a splash of blue curaçao gives the cocktail its signature electric color.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 fl oz Mezcal
  • 0.75 fl oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 fl oz Blue Curaçao
  • 0.25 fl oz Peach Brandy
  • 0.25 fl oz Cinnamon Syrup (Click for Recipe)
  • 1 dashes Suze
  • 1 Orange Disc

    Add mezcal, lime juice, blue curaçao, peach brandy, cinnamon syrup, and Suze to a shaker.

    Fill shaker with cubed ice.

    Shake for 10-20 seconds.

    Using a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer, strain into a cocktail glass.

    Garnish with orange disc.
