The Grinch is a holiday cocktail with a mischievous twist. Inspired by viral TikTok recipes, it transforms the Christmas villain’s signature green into a glass of cheer with Midori, vodka, pineapple, sparkling wine, and a splash of lime. Bright, playful, and a little wicked, it’s a drink even the Grinch couldn’t resist.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 fl oz Midori
  • 1 fl oz Sparkling Wine
  • 1 fl oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 fl oz Vodka
  • 1/8 fl oz Lime Juice
  • 1 Cherry
Method

    Add melon liqueur, pineapple juice, vodka, and lime juice to a shaker.

    Fill shaker with cubed ice.

    Shake for 10-20 seconds.

    Add fresh cubed ice to a lowball glass.

    Using a Hawthorne strainer, strain into lowball glass.

    Top with sparkling wine.
