Fresh green grapes replace vermouth in the Enzoni to add a burst of juicy sweetness to the modern classic's combination of gin, Campari, and lemon—meant to be a clever cross between a Negroni and Gin Sour.
Base Spirit: Gin
Method: Shaken
Serving Size: 1
Add five grapes to a shaker.
Using a muddler, gently muddle grapes for 5-7 seconds.
Add gin, Campari, lemon juice, and simple syrup to shaker.
Fill shaker with cubed ice.
Shake for 10-20 seconds.
Add fresh cracked ice to a lowball glass.
Using a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer, strain into lowball glass.
Garnish with remaining three grapes.
