Description

The Chartreuse Swizzle is a modern cocktail that was created in 2002 by Marco Dionysos at Smuggler’s Cove in San Francisco, California. It uses the classic Swizzle template that calls for a spirit and fruit juice built in a glass filled with crushed ice using a swizzle stick, but this version uses Green Chartreuse as the base and pairs it with fruity pineapple, citrus, and velvet falernum for a tropical yet herbal twist.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 fl oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1 fl oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.75 fl oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 fl oz Velvet Falernum Liqueur
  • 2 Pineapple Fronds
  • 1 Pineapple Wedge
  • 1 Lime Slice
Method

    Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.

    Add Green Chartreuse, pineapple juice, lime juice, and velvet falernum liqueur to highball glass.

    Using a swizzle stick or bar spoon, stir for 5-7 seconds.
