The Apple Pie is a light, effervescent autumn highball that mingles whiskey, allspice liqueur, honey, and vanilla with sparkling apple cider, making for a refreshing yet cozy seasonal sip.
Base Spirit: Whiskey
Method: Shaken
Serving Size: 1
Add whiskey, honey syrup, allspice liqueur, and vanilla extract to a shaker.
Fill shaker with cubed ice.
Shake for 10-20 seconds.
Add fresh cubed ice to a highball glass.
Using a Hawthorne strainer, strain into highball glass.
Top with sparkling apple cider.
Using a bar spoon, gently stir for 3-5 seconds.
Garnish with cinnamon stick and apple slice.
