Inspired by the another vintage tiki drink called the Missionary’s Downfall, the Aku Aku layers rum, peach liqueur, pineapple, mint, lime, and demerara syrup into a lush cocktail bursting with fruity, tropical flavor.
Base Spirit: Rum
Method: Blended
Serving Size: 1
Add rum, lime juice, Demerara syrup, peach liqueur, mint leaves, pineapple chunks, and cubed ice to a blender.
Blend for 10-15 seconds until smooth.
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with mint sprig.
